The monthly real estate open house is usually held the second Sunday of each month from 1-3 p.m.  Agents, visitors, and resident volunteers are welcome (but not required) to wear masks.  See our “Sale/Lease” page for a list of available apartments, although not all are open during the open house.

The next open house is January 11th, 2025, from 1-3 pm.

Potomac Plaza is not a condominium. Rather, it is a cooperative corporation (co-op). Learn more about difference between co-ops and condos.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all apartments on the sale or lease lists participate in the open house events. Any inquiries about these properties should be directed to the respective realtors or rental agents.
